(We should change the default option in the plugin to a new location if there is one.) There is supposedly a link to a link to the file in the comments of Jay's post, but In my blearyness atm I can't find it.

He's put in a redirect on the update link, to 127.0.0.1. This put Apache in freaking loops all day, until (after tearing apart LAMP and putting it back together), I finally found that Apache was trying to update the blacklist from localhost, which called another instance of Nucleus, which tried to update from localhost..."
